KRUNGSRI Smart Click Benefits

Easy log-in access to your account information with your User ID setup and Password Setup. For cardholders who hold both KRUNGSRI Credit Card and HomePro Visa Credit Card or who hold both KRUNGSRI Visa and MasterCard Credit C ards, you can simply select any card to register. For next logon, you can use single User ID and password to access all accounts’ information.

Introducing a user-friendly & convenient online services offering a variety of services such as…

• Enquire about information of credit card account
• Enquire about the last billing statement or the past six months billing statements
• Enquire about the unbilled transaction (recent transaction)
• Check your current KRUNGSRI Bonus point
• View KRUNGSRI Bonus E-Catalog
• Single Card Online Redemption for Merchandise, Coupon, Airtime, or Royal Orchid Plus Mileage
• Submit of the KRUNGSRI Bonus or Airtime or Royal Orchid Plus redemption form online in case of Point Combination from multiple primary cards under the same name-surname.
• Check Redemption Status and Redemption History of the past 3 months.
• Online Card Activation during 6.00 a.m.-10.00 p.m. everyday

Strengthen secured sign-on control by allowing you to set your own security questions with answers for authentication when accessing through user ID & password.

• User ID must be alpha-numeric with minimum 6 characters and maximum 30 characters. All alphabets must be English character.
• User ID would be REJECTED if:

• Your User ID has been chosen by another user or Your User ID has violated the rules of setting up User ID
• Your User ID is less than 6 characters or more than 30 characters
• Your User ID does not contain any alphabets
• Your User ID does not contain any numeric
• Your User ID is in Thai or other languages which is not English.
• Your User ID contains any character which is NOT an alphabet, NOT a numeric such as . @ _ , %, # etc

Password Setup

• To set password, the cardholder must follow the following logics.
• Your password must be a minimum 8 –15 characters. The password must start and end with a letter. Your password must contain at least 2 numeric numbers and 2 letters. For example, P@55wOrD.
• Your password must contain only English character.
• Your password can include spaces and full-stop or special characters such as @,-,_ but no other special characters such as $ # %, etc.
• Your password must be case-sensitive.
• Password would be REJECTED if:
• Your new Password is the same as your existing or previous Password; OR
• Your Password has violated the rules of setting up Password:
• Your password contains User ID and reversed User ID e.g. if your user id is nickie02, then the sample password must not be nickie02abc, abc20eikcin and so forth.
• Your Password contains less than 8 or more than 15 characters
• Your Password does not contain any alphabet
• Your Password does not contain any numeric
• Your Password contain special characters other than what system can accept such as % $ #, etc.
• Your Password is in Thai or other languages which is not English.

Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Select preferred language – Thai or English

Step 2: Click at link “If you don't have an account, please click here   Register” to access ‘Set up’ screen.

Step 3: Set up User ID

Step 4: Enter "Card Number" field with 16-digit number printed on the front of your credit card.

Step 5: Enter “Card Expiry Date” with indicated Month and Year embossed on the front of your credit card.

Step 7: Select ID Type “Citizen ID” (for Thai Citizen) or “Passport Number” (for foreigners) and enter the number accordingly.

Step 8: Enter Birth date (DD-MM-YYYY)

Step 9: Set up Secured Question in English

Step 10: Set up Secured Answer in English

Step 11: Enter e-mail address

Step 12: Enter mobile phone number

Step 13: Consent in receiving e-newsletter

• If you do not want to receive the e-newsletter, please click in the box.
• If you want to receive the e-newsletter, you don’t have to click the box.

Step 14: Click “CONFIRM” once you complete the registration.

Step 15: Read terms and condition and click “CONFIRM” for accepting the terms.

Step 16: After successfully register and USER ID set up is completed, the system will show a confirmation message.

Step 17: After successfully register, the system will send temporary password to you through e-mail that you use for registration within 24 hours.

For the next login, you will enter USER ID and temporary password for entering the online services. System will request you to change the password to permanent password. After successfully change to permanent password, system will automatic bring you to the main service page for you to choose the credit card number that you want to proceed with online transaction.
